The Flint Pond Improvement Association holds monthly meetings, typically on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7 pm. During the summer, meetings are held at Devlin Beach on Flint Pond drive. During the winter, meetings are held online.

All meetings are open to the public. Please check the FPIA Facebook page for meeting time, location, and links to online events.

The Flint Pond Improvement Association holds an annual meeting each June, at Devlin Beach on Flint Pond Drive, to elect Directors and vote on major association items.

All association members are encouraged to attend.

An annual membership fee of $10 per person is due at or before the FPIA annual meeting in June.
